• What is the Registration fee? To register your child, a fee of $100.00 (one-time fee) must be payed before your child’s first day of school, along with a Supply Fee of $80.00 (due annually).

  • How can I pay for Tuition? We accept payments through personal checks or money orders. We are also linked through Zelle/Chase Quick Pay. Remember to make your payments payable to Grace Covenant Church. Sorry at this time, we are not accepting on-line payments through PayPal and NO CASH PAYMENTS.

  • Do you accept any Tuition Assistance Programs? Yes we do, we will contact your program to have all paperwork ready to go.

  • I need financial assistance to pay for child care, where can I get more info? Qualifying for subsidized child care assistance is based on your gross monthly income (before taxes), family size, and need. You can log in to the Centralized Eligibility List: www.childcaresandiego.com. Or call YMCA Childcare Resource Service (800)481-2151.

  • What age range to you accept? Our Preschool is licensed to accept children ages 18months through 5 years old.

  • Can my child still be enrolled even though they are not potty trained? Yes! This only applies for our Toddler & Early Preschool Classroom. Our staff has been effective in helping out with this process. We do ask for parents to bring in enough supplies (diapers, pull-ups, and wipes) for their teachers to have in stock. Communication with our parents is an important key, in order to get your little one ready!

  • What are your classroom ratios? For our Toddler Class our ratio is 1:6 or 1:8. For our Preschool Class our ratio is 1:12. For our Pre-K Class our ratio is 1:12.

  • We are not a Christian-faith family, can I still enroll my child? Of course, we accept children of all backgrounds. We want to be of help and be a blessing to everyone that joins our school.

  • When can I enroll my child? We are an Open Enrollment preschool. Which means we accept children anytime throughout the year, subject to availability. ​

  • Do you give any snacks or lunch? We offer a Morning Snack (9:00am) and an Afternoon Snack (2:30pm) for our Full-Time Students once they wake up from nap-time. We do not offer lunch. We ask for parents to pack their children a healthy lunch. It can be a hot or cold lunch.

    Toddler Program: We ask parents to bring their own snacks, since at this age, parents are in control of introducing new foods to the child.

  • Does your preschool do any special events throughout the year? We have many different events throughout our school year: Vacation Bible School (1 week), Open House, Thanksgiving Luncheon, Christmas Recital, Pre-K Graduation, Harvest Week, Winter Spirit Week, and our Summer Program (July & August) and more.

  • What is your policy on celebrating birthdays? Each birthday celebration varies depending on what families want to do. We have parents bring pizza, fruit, juice box, goody/candy bags, and cupcakes. **We do ask that you don’t bring a sheet-cake to slice, instead we ask for mini-cupcakes to pass out during our Afternoon Snack. No pinatas please. We offer a bouncy house/ jumpy that we can set-up during outside play-time; with a donation fee of $40.00. Whatever your plans are, please inform the teacher and Director.

  • Does your staff speak Spanish? Yes, all WOW Staff are bilingual (Spanish)

  • What Christian/Bible Curriculum do you use? We create our own Bible Lessons. All classrooms are coordinated to teach each month a specific Biblical Theme. Every month themes varies, students learn a Bible Scripture, a story, and create a craft/activity to go along that theme.
